Our community is located in a quiet woodland setting 2 minutes from grocery shopping, the Alpena Area Regional Medical Center, cardiologist's offices, and physical therapy clinics, plus the Alpena Senior Center. The property is adjacent to the Alpena Community College, walking trails and adult education classes.
We offer one and two bedroom spacious units with private patios. We pride ourselves in our safe environment that is off the beaten path, yet a short distance from all Alpena's amenities. Our apartment complex offers many features for a pleasurable living atmosphere, which include a secured entry door, community room, library, and a three season screened in porch area. The complete building is barrier free with a large accommodating elevator located in a central location. Carports are available for a fee.
